So we show that Bupa will share all the latest health and wellness information, hints and tips with them so they can relax in the knowledge that their tomorrows will be happier and healthier. It was essential to continue the level of beauty and detail we’d demonstrated in the Welcome communication – to show customers that Bupa makes the experience of health insurance about so much more than visiting the dentist. We’ve been able to push for a far more upbeat tonality than the client had in mind – changing ‘detrimental’ messages to pieces of good news.
