We developed and delivered new templates to deliver on tough targets. We pushed to ensure we delivered creative, emotional pieces – that also packed a retail punch and delivered on content. The templates were rolled out across the brand and sent out to over 1 million customers per lodgement.

I let this become one of those projects that takes over my working life because I loved working on it. As with any major innovation in an established culture, it was an uphill struggle at times.
